AT this time of year, Royal British Legion stalwart Joyce Bunce, the chairwoman of Tenbury branch's women's section, surrounds herself with bright red poppies.
She busies herself at the Tenbury Poppy Shop, in Teme Street, distributing collecting boxes and traditional wreaths for laying at war memorials and churches at remembrance services on Sunday.
Tenbury Town Band is to lead off the town's annual parade from Brightwells' yard at 10.30am.
It will move along Teme Street to St Mary's Church, where Royal British Legion and Royal Naval Association members will join civic leaders for the service of remembrance.
The Mayor, Councillor Maureen Pardoe, will take the salute at a march-past afterwards.
