CADETS at 480 (Studley) Squadron are in need of more staff to help train them.
The squadron is looking for adults aged between 21 and 40 to give a minimum of two hours-a-week and the odd weekend.
The cadets range in age from 13-20 and enjoy a wide range of activities
Flt Lt Chris Webb said: "The Corp offers an excellent chance to develop leadership skills and become more self-confident.
"The cadet lectures cover a wide range of subjects from aircraft knowledge to fieldcraft skills.
"Training in lecture techniques and the knowledge required to teach are provided through free courses, mentoring and training manuals."
Flt Lt Webb said previous cadet or regular forces training would be an advantage but otherwise full training could be provided.
Staff also have the chance to do many of the activities open to the cadets such as flying, shooting and overseas travel.
