BROMSGROVE Basketball Club's Blaze A team thrashed Pacers A 103-20 over the weekend.
After a close first quarter, where Blaze only lead by seven points, they stepped up a gear in the second period.
A haul of 26 points, compared to the Pacer's five, set the Blaze on course for victory.
Blaze's B side got their first taste of the Worcestershire Junior Division as they went down to Pacers' B side.
The new look team was forced onto the back foot as their opponents scored 29 points, before Wil Liv pulled back three in the first quarter.
Despite being under pressre throughout Bromsgrove never gave up and Dan Darlington and Paul Wilkes defended doggedly.
Phil Strickley scored six points, while Ashley Goffe passed accurately.
However, Bromsgrove lost the injured Martin Mills as the Pacers tightened their grip on the game.
