I JUST have to say a big 'thank you' to the despicable being who encouraged/allowed his dog to urinate on my son's bike whilst he was playing with his friends and then called over to him 'you'll need to clean your bike son!'.
This was in the Parklands area and I've no doubt he will know who he is and probably others will too.
How utterly disgusting. It is no wonder children these days grow up with little respect for anything when there are so called adults like this person around.
