GENEROUS clubbers in Worcester have helped to raise over £500 for the special baby care unit at Worcestershire Royal Hospital in just one night.
Bushwackers will be collecting for the charity every Thursday night up until Christmas and staff hope party-goers will help to raise over £4,000.
The total raised by the public will then be matched by the Trinity Street nightspot's owner Darren Pinches.
Event promoter Fran Sheridan, who spent time in the special care unit when he was born at Ronkswood Infirmary, said he was pleased with the success of the first charity night.
"The customers have been very generous", he said.
