A WORCESTER travel shop employee has been awarded for her excellent customer service skills.
Elaine Hennessey, of Midlands Co-op travel in High Street, was given a special Service Excellence award by the company.
Elaine was one of eight members of staff from Co-op Midlands to be chosen for the award.
