FIREFIGHTERS from Upton were called to an accident at the junction of Minge Lane and School Lane last Friday (October 29).
A Suzuki Santana convertible and a Ford Escort collided at about 11.04pm. The road was cleared by 11.30pm.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident to call 08457 444888.
On Sunday, at 1.17am firefighters were called to an incident between junctions 7 and 8 of the M5, where a car had flipped over on the inside lane. No one was hurt.
