WHAT is happening to the bus service around Kidderminster?
From Monday, October 25, the routes have all been changed again.
The popular routes have been taken off or run on an hourly basis, and to top it all the fares have gone up again, not because the service has improved - in fact it's worse.
This is causing a lot of inconvenience to a lot of elderly people. They don't want to be hanging about in the cold for a bus to appear (if they are lucky).
I would like to know why the No 6 bus has been taken off completely. This service has been running to Sion Hill for years and a lot of people used it.
I, for one, and a lot of other people, are fuming. This is causing a lot of inconvenience.
Not everybody drives. Does the First bus company realise this?
Come on, First, get these matters sorted out.
