TWO victories in a row is a rare Kidderminster Harriers aim this season but they may have to deal with a cauldron of fire at Bristol Rovers tomorrow.

Harriers must build on last weekend's 3-2 win over Scunthorpe United but their only result away from Aggborough so far has been a 0-0 draw with Rushden and Diamonds on the opening day.

Molby is to keep faith with the 4-4-2 formation that helped secure only their third success of the season and will seek revenge for an LDV Vans Trophy 1-0 defeat at Rovers last month, courtesy of a late Junior Agogo goal.

He insisted: "I think it's important that the players know what they are doing week in week out so we are going to be a 4-4-2 team at home and away from now on."

But Ian Atkins' side, currently just outside the play-off places, have been attracting controversy lately after an explosive 2-2 West Country derby draw with Yeovil Town on Tuesday.

Atkins was charged with three breaches of the FA rules, two Rovers players were dismissed for violent conduct and three fans were banned from the Memorial Stadium.

The crowd trouble, which involved throwing objects and encroaching onto the pitch during the match, follows another incident only a fortnight before when four disposable lighters were hurled at the Oxford goalkeeper.

Defender Steve Elliott and midfielder Dave Savage will be banned for tomorrow's clash, due to the red cards, which increases ex-Harrier Craig Hinton's chances of regaining his place in the starting line-up to face his old side.

And Atkins will take his place in the dug-out amid accusations of verbally abusing Yeovil players and their manager Gary Johnson.

But, for Harriers, the football has to take centre stage after an encouraging display against high-flying Scunthorpe which lifted them to second-from-bottom in the table.

Yet Molby's options are restricted even further because of injuries with loan winger Simon Brown (leg) missing for at least three weeks. Left-back Steve Burton has a 50-50 chance of returning from his hamstring problem.

Top scorer Ian Foster, Iyseden Christie, Micky Mellon, Yossou Diop and Reuben Hazell, who had a knee operation this week, have also missed full training with various problems.

But Foster has been resting a knee worry in order to start alongside Kelvin Langmead in a potentially fruitful attacking front two tomorrow.

Langmead admitted: "Fozzie's a right little poacher and he showed that with his two goals against Scunthorpe. He fed well off me and I felt I did OK alongside him. It could be a partnership to blossom but we shall just have to wait and see."

Christie, Diop and Mellon have all been involved in light training which gives them a chance of making the bench. Molby was also hoping to complete a new signing today in time for the game.
