Worcester City have co-opted Sussex-based businessman David Little onto the club's board of directors.
Little is a director of the Petrochem Carless company who were City's main sponsors for the last three years prior to this season.
The company are also executive sponsors of the club.
St George's Lane chairman Dave Boddy said: "Dave will be a great asset to the board and will bring with him added business acumen and commercial knowledge and contacts.
"As substantial sponsors of Worcester City Football Club over the last six years he has not only contributed large amounts of money, but given the club serious support as well."
