ENTRIES are now coming in for this year's Worcestershire Beacon Race which is due to be run on Saturday, October 9.
More than 100 entries have already been registered but organiser John Brook said he was expecting around 250 runners.
The race starts at Rose Bank Gardens at 3pm with the first runners home due back in around 40 minutes after climbing the Worcestershire Beacon.
Entry forms from Brook Hire in Spring Lane or entries on the day up to 2.30pm at the changing area at the St John Ambulance station in Portland Road before 2.30pm.
