READING the article in last Friday's paper (You Say, September 10) regarding "softly, softly move to curbs teens" in Droitwich made my blood boil.

I'm sure the people plagued by anti-social behaviour can sleep soundly knowing it will be tackled by talking about "music" and what their needs are.

If the parents were given hefty fines because of their children's activities, they would soon do something about it.

On my estate I know of people moving house and a group of teens terrorising a nearly-blind woman. The police have told me on most occasions their parents don't care and couldn't care less.

Zero tolerance is the only way.

MRS M KING,

Droitwich.
