A downpour did not stop more than 100 visitors from enjoying Upper Welland Country Fair.
The event, with attractions for all ages, took place at Harman's Farm on Sunday, during bouts of heavy rain and strong wind.
"Everyone who came had a good time. We didn't let the weather spoil it," said Caroline Bennett, one of the organisers.
The country fair was organised by the Upper Welland Community Group, born out of protests against a mobile phone mast in the village.
"The mast issue really brought the village together and we hope to organise similar social events in future," said Mrs Bennett.
Among the attractions were apprentice mystic Pessimistic Peg, music duo Duke and Zara, a pig roast, lucky dip and numerous stalls and games.
The organisers plan to make a donation to Acorn Children's Hospice.
