MALVERN Referees Society will be holding their first meeting of the season on Sunday (September 19) at the Civil Service Club, Pickersleigh Road, starting at 7.30pm.
The topics covered will be law changes and lining techniques and the guest speaker will be the society's secretary, and former Malvern League secretary, Marvyn Amphlett.
Marvyn is currently undergoing training to qualify as referee instructor and has already given talks for the County FA. By passing on his knowledge and experience, members should benefit from his commitment to refereeing. All local referees are welcome to attend.
