With regard to the article "There has to be a better way to get children to school": how about a cycle path from Badsey to South Littleton with Blackminster Middle School at the focal point?

The current footpath, little used by pedestrians, is more than wide enough to accomodate a cycle lane. This would provide the children at the school, the majority of whom are from the aforementioned villages, a safe and healthy alternative to the car or bus. I know there is the problem of the level crossing, but I'm sure that isn't insurmountable. Surely this would be of more use than some of the 25 yard pieces of nonsense that have been built adjacent to the roundabout by Halfords. And what is the rationale behind the Evesham to Sedgeberrow cycle super highway ? It's beyond my understanding.
