AT THE Riding Clubs Nat-ional Championships held at Lincoln last weekend, Crop-thorne and Evesham Vale Junior Novice Showjumping team of Jocelyn Icke, Jamie Goss, Abigail Brain and Katherine Worrall finished sixth out of 25.
Felicity Organ was placed fourth individually in the Riding Test, while the junior Equitation team of Jamie Goss, Felicity Organ, Katherine Worrall and Jocelyn Icke claimed ninth place out of the 17 competing teams.
Alice Collins-Youngs represented the club at senior level in dressage and was placed second in Novice Test 32.
She will also be competing at Stoneleigh next weekend in the National Dressage Champ-ionships having qualified at the Regional finals at Adding-ton.
A senior team of Helen Goo-dwin, Yvonne Goss, Julie and Andrew Wheeler represented the club in the Riding Club showjumping class at last week's Blenheim Horse Trials.
The course was testing and there were several eliminations but Cropthorne was one of eight teams of the 18 in action to finish the first round without any faults.
The fences went up for the second round and again there were plenty of problems but Helen and Andrew finished with double clears to finish runners-up second with just eight faults over the two rounds.
