ORGANISERS of the trade fair hailed it a big success with around 250 people attracted to the 60 stands.
Wyre Forest Business Club claimed it was the biggest showcase of enterprise ever held in the district.
Club member, Esme Turton, organiser of A Business Opportunity For You, said there had been many requests for similar events to be held in the future.
Last Wednesday's trade fair at the Ramada Hotel, Bewdley, was staged on behalf of Opportunity Bewdley. Stands displayed and demonstrated products and services ranging from food and drink to sport, leisure and recreation facilities, education, office support and marketing.
Demand for exhibition space was so great that there was a waiting list of around another 60 more businesses eager to step in if any others dropped out.
Mrs Turton said: "The general response from exhibitors is that the event was the best ever attended and they are asking when the next one will be held or if it will be an annual event. That's something I'm sure we'll now be considering.
"This confirms what the Wyre Forest Business Club has been saying - businesses need the right platform to network to sell their products or services, as well as to obtain their supplies."
Alongside businesses, organisations such as Kidderminster College, the Heart of England Tourist Board and Kidderminster's Kemp Hospice were among the exhibitors.
