STOURPORT angler Fred Davies landed 73lb 6oz of fish, the best a 17lb common, plus a 12lb mirror, fishing peg 26 on the Heron at Poole Hall, using maggot and luncheonmeat bait.
There has been good sport on all pools with weights varying from 26lb to 79lb. The most popular baits have been luncheonmeat, maggot and sweecorn.
