A STOURPORT man's gardening skills have hit the heights with the blooming of a lofty sunflower.
George Titley, of Gibbons Crescent, planted the sunflower in April and it has now reached the dizzy height of 12 feet.
Mr Titley, 84, says he plants 10 seeds every year, of which two, which are always planted in the same spot, survive to make flowers.
"I also do a Prince Charles on them and speak to them," Mr Titley admitted.
