BIRMINGHAM-based City Property Management Services Ltd have let the last two units at Peltland Trading Centre, Padgets Lane in South Moons Moat.
Managing Director David Neale said: "We have been really positive in our approach and offered prospective tenants competitive and flexible terms, together with an attractive environment in which to work."
New tenants include Morgans Catering, Red Hot Heating Spares, Car Instrument Repair Services, Ultimate Valeting and Frank Haslam Milan Limited.
The estate comprises eight small units and 10 larger ones.
