Junior football round-up

Ben Markall scored twice as Town won their opening Central Warwickshire League Division A match.

Matthew Lamb and Paddy Longden were also on target for the visitors. Markall also scored a hat-trick in Town's 3-1 win at Hunt End Rangers in midweek.

Man of the match for Town was Daniel Williams. Lickey's man of the match was goalkeeper Daniel Forsyth.

Bromsgrove Town U10s 1 Catshill Juniors U10s 4

Catshill led 3-0 at half time thanks to a brace from Robert Colemeadow and one from captain Richard McGeown.

Alex Sykes pulled a goal back before Shane Shallcross got the visitors' fourth.

Billy Skinner was Town's man of the match.

Hanbury U15s 3 Leafield 2000 U15s 3

Man of the match Richard Smith scored twice for Hanbury, while Phil Cross got their third.

Stand in goalkeeper Ben Broadist also pulled off some fine saves for Hanbury.

Town opened their Central Warkwickshire Premier Division account with a hard fought win in windy conditions.

Two goals from Ryan Bennett and one apiece from James Ward and Lee Groves put Town 4-0 up at half time. Lakeside used the strong wind to get three back after the break.

Man of the match was Connor Wilson.

Droitwich continued their good start to the season with a well-deserved win.

Spartek started the season with a fine display of attacking football.

Four goals from Ollie Price, a hat-trick from Matt Vigurs and a goal from Jacob McAtthie capped a great performance. Matt Williams also dominated midfield.

Lickey End U10s 6 Solihull Saints U10s 3

Max Loveridge scored a hat-trick, Oliver Pugh scored twice and Daniel Dawson once as Lickey opened up a 6-0 lead.

They then fell asleep a gave away two own goals as Solihull pulled three back.
