A GOALLESS draw at Dudley Sports gave Barnt Green Spartak their first away point of the season.
Spartak, who defeated Pilkington 3-2 at home last Wednesday, were made to work during last Saturday's Midland Combination Premier clash and also had a goal ruled out for a push on the Dudley goalkeeper.
Spartak had most of the second half but firm-tackling Dudley defended in numbers.
l GJ Singh's side put on a display to be proud of in beating Pilkington last Wednesday.
The hosts took a fourth minute lead through Delroy Brown and doubled that advanatge two minutes from half time with a Naveed Arshad penalty.
Pilkington, promoted with Spartak last season, pulled a goal back midway through the second half before the hosts extended their lead 15 minutes from time through Arshad's second.
Pilkington scored a second in injury time.
In a surprise U-turn, Reckey Carter, released by Spartak last week, has returned to the club.
