REDDITCH Ladies were looking to build on their good start to the season but came unstuck against a strong Ross Town Ladies on Sunday.
Ross made an early breakthrough but Redditch responded well and were level on 17 minutes through Caroline Staples.
The Reds Ladies found themselves 2-1 down ten minutes later and Ross dealt the killer blow just on half time.
The Studley FC tenants worked hard in the second half but Ross went on to score a further two goals.
Redditch are away to Southam next Sunday.
