STUDLEY stuttered to their fourth defeat running on Saturday after their FA Cup preliminary round defeat last week.

Three goals before half an hour by the visitors ensured the Bees stayed winless at home after five games this season.

Ian Kirkham got Causeway off to a flier with a fourth minute opener before Simon Dixon and Chris Busby killed off the game with two goals in two minutes on 25 and 27 minutes.

But despite the shaky start the Bees aren't panicking.

Bees boss Kevin Rowlands said: "We still believe we've got a good enough squad to compete in this league - we've just got to keep plugging away.

He added: "First half we were terrible, they're not a great side and the goals we conceded were very sloppy.

"Second half we came out and to our credit played well but we just can't shake off the school boy errors at the back.

"It's a bit of a catch 22 at the moment because when we're not leaking goals we're not creating enough and vice versa."
