A ENTREPRENURIAL couple's business is proving it is hitting the right tastebuds - after being named one of the top 50 cheese shops in the country.
Husband-and-wife Colin and Alyson Anstey have been making cheese and selling it wholesale for about 20 years, setting up a shop at Broomhall Farm, near Worcester, about 12 years ago.
And the proof their business has matured over the years came at the weekend as their shop Anstey's - now based at St Peter's Garden Centre in Broomhall, Worcester - made The Independent's 50 best cheese shops in the country list on Saturday.
Honoured
The shop - which moved to its present premises after the outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease three years ago - was also named one of the Midland's five best cheese shops.
"We're really, really chuffed actually and it's great we're on the map," said Mr Anstey.
"We're really honoured to be on there."
The couple's shop sells a total of about 50 cheeses, including the best of British farmhouse, as well as a selection of continental types such as Parmigiano and French bries.
