How very encouraged I was to see the Evening News carrying a good news story on the front page of its newspaper on Saturday, July 3.
As the director of Worcester City Mission, a local Christian charity working with the homeless and addicted communities in Worcester, I have had the pleasure of meeting Sid both before and after he became a Christian.
I know what a difference meeting with Jesus has made to Sid and can make in all people's lives.
It is my prayer that Sid continues his new life and is able to get more educational certificates and enjoy a real change in life.
And, once again, I thank the Evening News and also praise those at the Thursday group attended by Sid for their care and patience with others in Sid's previous position.
