ON behalf of the organisers of the Alexandra Rose day collection held in Ledbury on June 12, we want to thank our faithful group of collectors and all the members of the public who contributed so generously.
The collection raised £639.57 and this has resulted in us being able to give small grants to the following people-caring groups in Ledbury and the surrounding villages: Ledbury Access Group, Ledbury Community Minibus, Putley Darby & Joan Club, Colwall Darby & Joan Club, Salters Hill charity, Riding for the Disabled, Ledbury Day Centre, Ledbury Stroke Club, Ledbury Evergreen Club and Ledbury in Bloom.
