PEPPERCORNS youth theatre group will perform at the Upton Water Festival for the first time this year.
Members are currently rehearsing music and vocals for the set, which will include gospel music and harmonies. It hopes to perform on Sunday, August 29, but a time has yet to be set.
The group is also busy rehearsing for Annie, its next production, which will be staged at the Memorial Hall from September 16.
Members will enjoy a weekend away on August 20 when they will head to Earls Wood, near Birmingham, to stay in a log cabin belonging to the Birmingham Federation of Clubs for Young People.
The trip is an annual event designed to help members get to know one another better.
