Pupils from Callow End Primary school have produced a mosaic as part of their on-going study into the history the village.
Headteacher, Sue Sawle, said the children drew sketches with little bits taken from each to produce the mosaic.
She said the arrival of artist Sarah Round, who is at the school as part of her teacher training course, was a big help.
"We had already planned to do the mosaic. She was able to take over the project for us," she said.
"All the children had an involvement.
"We had a very dull wall right by our entrance which is now nothing but dull."
