AN interactive quiz night is being held at the Farmers Arms at 8pm on Sunday in aid of the Red Cross. Teams can be up to five people and entrance will be £5 per team. There will also be a raffle and other family fun.
At the memorial hall committee's AGM on Monday, Neville Shorrick retired as the chairman. Appreciation was given for all the hard work which Neville put in to ensure the funding and building of the hall. He was presented with flowers. The new chairman is Ian Mackie.
