HURRY along to Guarlford tomorrow (Saturday) for the annual fete and dog show from 2-5pm. There will be all the usual attractions and stalls, plus the scarecrow competition (first prize £25, runner up £10) and football target shooting competition (six trophies to be won).
St Mary's Church at Guarlford has a flower festival this weekend. The church will be open from 1pm on Saturday and from 11am on Sunday until the evensong at 6.30pm. The theme of evensong will be All Things Bright and Beautiful.
