MANOR Park Squash Club have hosted the annual Billy Clifford Memorial handicap trophy.
In the main tournament final, club champion Keith Young defeated Steve Carter 3-2 in a close game.
In the American-scoring event the final went to two games each and the deciding fifth game was required. In a close fought match the game went to the wire with a 14-14 scoreline but Keith just managed to secure the winning point to lift the trophy.
The plate was between Trevor Hudson and Nick Nuggent and Nick won this match by 3-1.
The trophies were presented to the club by RNLI and all the proceeds from the tournament, which will be over £100, will be donated to the RNLI.
