COMPLAINTS over noise made by helicopter rides at this year's Three Counties Show means they are unlikely to be repeated.
Six-minute rides over the Malvern Hills proved popular with visitors to the show last month.
But the flights caused disruption to families living near the field used for landing and take off.
Maria Whittaker, of Warren Farm, said there had been three helicopters going back and forth all day on June 20, circling over her property and landing close by.
In a letter to Malvern Wells Parish Council she said the constant noise was "not appropriate" near a family home.
Andy Ferguson, environment team manager at Malvern Hills District Council, said he was meeting with Ken Hartland from the showground today to ask that helicopter rides not be repeated.
He said: "I'm going to express our concerns because it's been very disruptive for residents."
