MORE than 25 bands and ensembles will perform more than 40 concerts on Saturday for the Pershore Midsummer Brass event.
The 15th annual brass event, which runs from 10am to 10pm, features five bands from the Championship section as well as junior bands and ensembles, who will perform at Pershore Abbey, The Angel Inn, Pershore Baptist Church, Chapman Court and the town hall.
For the first time the brass event has joined forces with Ledbury Poetry Festival, which runs from tomorrow to next Sunday, to provide a special event.
