I AM writing regarding the letter from Mrs Pat Jones, about motorbikes being parked at Bewdley on Severnside North.

As a keen motorcyclist myself, I have never known such a nice place to visit as Bewdley.

I also live just two miles from the town and in the last 17 years have never heard of one single incident where someone has been injured.

This part of Bewdley has many sorts of activity including the pubs, chip shops and carnival.

It should also be noted that bikers who visit Bewdley are not bad people. It is just a summertime event.

The pubs on Severnside welcome the bikers, just as the caf does.

Despite all the concern, people who visit the town seem to enjoy the atmosphere of the whole thing and a small town like Bewdley should enjoy the custom that the bikers, walkers and cyclists bring to the town.

Regarding the police, if they saw a problem with the bikers, then they would be moved on.
