WYVERN FM's Worcester base could be turned into housing.
A planning application has been submitted for permission to demolish the radio station's existing recording studios and return the grand late-Georgian Barboune Terrace offices to three private houses in a parkland setting.
At the rear of the site, developers hope to build six "pavilion apartments" and replace the car parks with a landscaped area based around a retained mulberry tree.
The work would begin once planning permission is granted and the radio station finds a new home.
