ATHLETICS: Heidi Jarosinski made it a final double as she qualified for the English Schools Combined Events Championships' national stage.
The Kidderminster teenager finished second overall in the girls' senior section at Stourport to clinch a place in the finals at Exeter in mid-September.
Jarosinski, 17, is already heading to the English Schools Track and Field Championships on July 9 and 10 in Gateshead where she will compete in the long jump.
She won the long jump and javelin at the weekend in the combined events which inspired a final points tally of 3,262.
The King Charles I High School pupil also took part in the high jump, 800 metres, 200m, 100m hurdles and shot put.
