KEEN junior fishermen can take tips from expert anglers during a series of lessons planned for the summer holidays.
Worcester-based company Hooked is holding a number of "carp schools" for youngsters aged between eight and 16, at Top Barn Angling Centre, near Hallow.
The tuition will be held in three-day blocks throughout August and angling coach Neil Sarkar said it was a great chance for eager young fishermen to hone their skills.
"We offer tuition all year round but the events we have planned for the summer holidays are really exciting," he said.
"The carp schools will provide juniors the chance to learn some of the major techniques used to catch big carp.
"Top Barn Lake is a prolific water which is absolutely full of pristine carp, so the pupils should receive plenty of action."
There are 10 places available per week, and those interested should contact Mr Sarkar, at Hooked Angling, on 01886 888369
