PUBLISHER Felix Dennis is selling a house on his newly purchased Spernal Estate because it is surplus to requirements.
The multi-millionaire bought the estate for an estimated £12 million and plans to create further extensive areas of conservation woodland.
Spernal House is set in 11.56 acres and comprises seven bedroom suites, cellar, billiard room and large conservatory.
Selling agents Bigwood are expecting a lot of interest in the property.
Offers are invited, with a guide price of £1.25million.
