BROMSGROVE MP Julie Kirkbride cut the ribbon for the opening of Tardebigge's new community hall on Friday.
Ms Kirkbride enjoyed a guided tour of the building, which has a multi-purpose hall, kitchen, meeting room, storage for groups and disabled facilities.
The hall provides much-needed accommodation for the community's school groups, Guides, Scouts and the church.
The building of the community hall went ahead after six years of fund-raising.
