TWO charity workers from Alcester were rewarded for their efforts when they were invited to help launch a new medical equipment centre in Coventry.
Pat Kenneth and Chris Prichard, volunteers with the Red Cross, met chief executive Sir Nick Young at the launch at the charity's county office on the Seven Stars Estate.
The centre offers many items which are available on short-term loan, either for use by a visiting relative or as an interim measure waiting for permanent equipment to be delivered.
