ONLY eight people took the time to attend last week's annual general meeting of the Evesham and District Assoc-iation when treasurer Grah-ame Brown reported a loss of "369 from the general account for the 2003/2004 season.

Trophy purchases and engraving together with an increase in public liability insurance contrived to account for the deficit but the development fund showed a profit of £188 so officials weren't unduly concerned.

Insurance costs are expected to rise again next season so an increase in individual player registration fees was passed that takes the cost to £6 in Division Ones and Two and to £2 for players in the H2O Plumbing and Heating sections.

All officers were re-elected except Division Two league secretary Rob Sexton who was replaced by Ray Griffiths. Sexton will continue to act as secretary for the H2O Divisions.

The next meeting, when entries for the new season will be taken, will take place at Wallace House on Tuesday, August 10.
