WITH regards to the letters that I've read over the past week or so, it seems the Post Office is operating a service that isn't working, regardless of the cost study beforehand.
Surely, if they're offering both first class postage and second class postage, but at different rates, the service should be distinguishable.
No, it's not any different: First and second class together?
