BRASS bands, folk and chamber music are just part of the entertaining mix that make up Shipston Proms from Wednesday, June 23 until Saturday, July 3. There's a chance for talented local performers to take part in a Fame Academy-style contest, with the winning act appearing on stage in the town centre on the last night.
