AT the annual meeting, offers were elected as follows: chairman Bill Every, vice chairman Marcia Tennant, secretary Roger Jordan, treasurer Bob black, programme secretary Paul Bye, publicity officer Dorothy Every, committee Marguerite Gray, Martin Humphries and Roy Rowles.
Michael and Jean Reeve-Parker, who resigned as programme secretary and treasurer respectively, were thanks for all their hard work.
The annual dinner, at the Rock Tavern, Wilden, included a presentation of trophies to the producers of the winning videos, by guest of honour Rob Day, the new chairman of the Central and East Midlands Region of the Institute of Cinematographers.
Coffee evenings will be held during the summer recess, with weekly meetings to recommence on September 28 in Franche Road Baptist Church hall at 7.45pm.
