RICHARD Brewer, of Green Man AC, won the Sunday Open with 146lb 8oz off peg 36 on Mucky Meadow Pool.
Using meat, Brewer landed a bag dominated by carp and Terry Edwards, of Swan AC, landed 82lb 3oz from peg 22 on Furnace Pool with worm and caster.
Third place went to Andy Newton, of Shimano Tipton VDE, who landed 77lb 5oz off peg 22.
Other weights: T Butler (Red Lion) peg 52, 70-2, R Patrick (Green Man AC) peg 25, 56-0, J Newton (Furnace Mill) peg 54, 55-0.
Terry Butler had a busy Sunday, finishing fourth in the Open and taking the silver fish prize with 21lb 2oz.
Butler had won his club match on Mucky Meadow Pool earlier on the day, snaring 87lb 6oz on peg 37 with chopped worm and caster.
Other weights: N Rushton peg 54, 29-10, R Hales peg 36, 23-11.
Meat, chopped worm, caster and corn seem to be the baits most effective this week.
