THE case of a man charged with stealing a bottle of whiskey has been adjourned after he pleaded not guilty.
Nathan Mathias, of Cowleigh Road, Malvern, is accused of taking a bottle of Bells whiskey from the Somerfieldstore, in Edith Walk, Malvern, on Saturday, May 1.
The bench at Worcester Magistrates Court granted him conditional bail, on the condition he did not go into the Somerfield store, and the case was adjourned until Monday, June 21, for a pre-trial review.
