I COMPLETELY agree with I Bailey regarding parking on double yellow lines.
In St John's the problem is worsened by delivery drivers illegally parking in "no loading/unloading" areas during peak hours.
This often blocks off the left-turn lane from the Bull Ring to St John's causing traffic to back-up. Yet I have never seen a traffic warden/parking attendant in the area.
