Over the last month I have seen several trees and some lovely, old hedgerows destroyed in and around the Malvern area.
How can we tell the Third World that to harm the environment is wrong when some of the worst offenders are right here on our own doorstep. In the Third World, they do it in order to survive. We only do it to save time cutting and pruning to make that little bit of road "safer" i.e. faster.
