The giant Senegal-born defender returned to Aggborough on a non-contract basis in February 2004 after training with the club for a few weeks.

Sall, who left Aggborough the previous season and eventually went back to France, did not have the best of second debuts though as Harriers lost 3-0 at fellow strugglers Southend.

Formerly on the books at Toulouse, he made a big impact in his first spell under Jan Molby, scoring in his first game against York in October 2001.

Sall went on to become a prominent figure at the heart of the defence but fell out of favour under new boss Ian Britton and signed off with a golden-goal winner in a LDV Trophy clash with Swindon.

After a brief spell at Oxford on loan where he did not kick a ball for the first team, he then played three matches in the Conference for Nuneaton before leaving to play French football again this season.

Strong in the air, the big centre-back can also launch a useful long pass and has been signed as cover for Wayne Hatswell and Craig Hinton.

League appearances/goals: Harriers (01/02) 27/2, (02/03) 4, Oxford (loan) 1.

This season: 6 games, 1 substitute appearance, 1 yellow card, 1 red card (Cinderford loan 3 games).

Status: First-choice defender. Non-contract.
